Perry HS Class of 2013 NCAA Athletes

As we graduated last spring, some of us are now playing NCAA sports..........

This list is based on a tentative list from graduation (so people may or may not have dropped it):

Division 1:

Sammy Kline, Volleyball (Duquense): Although she didn't graduate from Perry, the Lake Catholic grad will always be a part of the Perry community. Sammy gets playing time for the Dukes as they have wins most notably over West Virginia and Cincinnati, among other schools.

Division 2:
Cale Burdyshaw, Football (Urbana): The backup quarterback for the Blue Knights and has 68 passing yards and 17 rushing yards. The current starting QB is a senior so it looks like there is a possibility of starting next year.

Division 3:

Ryan Zaletel, Baseball (John Carroll): Will be pitching for the Blue Streaks in the spring after playing fall ball as well.

Tayler Sbrocco, Softball (Otterbein): Nothing on Otterbein's website, but based on social media played fall ball for the Cardinals.

Alex Guthrie, Tennis (McDaniel): Went 4-3 during the fall season for the Green Terror and will compete in the heavily competitive Centennial Conference (featuring Swarthmore and Johns Hopkins)...and yes this is me.

NAIA:

Rachael Greathouse, Softball (Lakeland): No stats or available roster on Lakeland's website.
